Baby Clothing

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, baby clothing is not eligible for return or exchange once delivered.

We request customers to carefully review the size, colour, and product description before placing an order.

Exceptions: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs. We will review your request and provide a suitable resolution.

Toys

We offer a 5-day return policy for toys.

To be eligible for a return:

• The return request must be made within 5 days of receiving the order.
• The toy must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• All tags, accessories, manuals, and invoices must be included.

Returns will not be accepted for toys that show signs of use, damage caused after delivery, or missing original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Baby clothing (except for damaged, defective, or incorrect items)
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
• Items returned without original packaging or accessories
• Products purchased during clearance or final sale, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect

Refunds

Once your returned toy is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only offered for products that are received damaged, defective, or incorrect, subject to stock availability.
